This is a short-term role located in a school in East London with an immediate start and ongoing duration.



Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Academic Leaders regarding student entries.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely examination entries in collaboration with the Cluster Data Manager.
  • Organizing day-to-day examinations.
  • Coordinating the invigilation schedule for Academy and external examinations in partnership with the Cluster Data Manager.
  • Setting up and managing templates in Academy's MIS for student data collection under the supervision of the Cluster Data Manager.
  • Inputting student assessment data into the Academy's MIS.
  • Verifying the completeness and accuracy of assessment data for student Progress Reports.
  • Supporting the production of student reports.
  • Participating in the target setting process.
  • Providing insightful analysis on various data trends including attendance, behavior, student feedback, and requested data sets.
  • Assisting in collecting precise data and updating the academy MIS on all relevant areas for the school census, such as FSM, pupil premium, and 6th form learning aims as instructed.
  • Collaborating in data production for statistical returns to the Department for Education, Oasis Community Learning, the Local Authority, and other external entities as per guidelines.
General Responsibilities:

  • Offering administrative assistance to the staff within the Academy.
  • Typing and preparing documents like letters and reports.
  • Creating mail shots for parents/carers under supervision.
  • Completing general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and mail handling.
  • Updating computer records regularly.
A DBS check will be necessary for this role due to the school environment.
