Do you have experience in lettings and perhaps are looking for a hybrid working role ?


We are working alongside our client who are a well respected lettings agency based in Clifton, Bristol who now due to continued growth have a opportunity for a tenancy renewals coordinator to join their team.

Duties for the Tenancy renewals

  • Manage and process tenancy renewals
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Working closely with the new business department to instruct properties to be remarketed
  • Completing annual rent reviews
  • Negotiating and agreeing renewal terms between landlord and tenants
  • Leading landlord engagement, advising on market conditions
Essential Skills for the Tenancy renewals coordinator

  • Previous lettings experience
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working towards weekly and monthly target
Package for the Tenancy renewals coordinator

  • Basic salary £24,000 OTE £26,000
  • 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays


 Monday
  • Friday 8:45am
  • 5:30pm
  • Hybrid remote working upon successful passing of probation period
