Job Description
As a Warehouse Shift Manager at Great Bear, you'll lead teams in the Warehouse, keeping them motivated and ensuring top-notch Health & Safety standards are met. Your role involves overseeing the picking and dispatching of products to meet set KPI's.
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Nights 18:00-06:00
Key Duties:
- Lead a team of Team Leaders and General Warehouse Operatives
- Ensure orders are handled in line with Customer specifications
- Conduct daily workplace inspections
- Implement Personal Development Plans for team members
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards
- Regularly communicate with Team Leaders/Senior Managers
- Monitor team performance against KPI's
- Adhere to Hygiene policy and BRC compliance
- Provide support to picking, cleaning, and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Attention to detail/accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work in teams or independently
- Conscientious, reliable, and flexible
- Effective communicator at all levels
