Position Overview:

We are in search of a devoted and seasoned Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the East Midlands. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating programs, managing staff, nurturing community partnerships, and ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals in line with our mission and values.
  • Program Management: Supervise the planning, execution, and assessment of programs to meet community needs.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, oversee, and support a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and sustain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to ensure program sustainability and growth.
  • Financial Management: Handle regional budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain compliance with financial policies.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish systems to monitor and evaluate program outcomes to enhance effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on regional activities, accomplishments, and obstacles for organizational leaders and funders.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • UK Driving License
  • Proven experience in non-profit management, program development, and staff supervision, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Thorough understanding of the social, economic, and cultural dynamics of the region, along with the challenges faced by the communities we assist.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, partners, and funders.
