Job Overview:
Working hours will be from , Monday-Friday.

There will be a probation time of 3 months.

Holiday: 28 days per year (pro-rata), including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry onto digital systems, filing, and organising documents.
  • Print, copy and scan sensitive documents.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls and taking messages.
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
  • Posting paperwork and PPE supplies.
  • Archiving documents.

Your skills:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills including data entry and use of digital systems.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to use your initiative.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on your own with excellent time keeping skills.
*Must like dogs due to dog friendly office*
Will need to have a DBS check completed prior to starting
