Chilled
Pubs are looking for a dynamic and skilled Relief Chef to join our team.
Reporting directly into or commercial director, and supporting our seven pubs
located across the Midlands, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate
chef looking to diversify their experience and bring their culinary skills to our
growing brand.

to re-ignite your fire? Think... towering burgers, wood-fired pizza, giant swinging
skewers, sweet bao buns, and home-made Italian gelato. An extensive fresh food
menu, requiring top talent to deliver top-notch, quality food. Sound good?

Who
are Chilled Pubs?

It
all started back in 2007 when Loren agreed to Richard's crazy dream, and
together they purchased the Bulls Head in Repton. Fast forward 17 years, and
they have a thriving pub business. With 7 gorgeous sites, over 600 employees,
an industry-leading food & drink menu, and just to be a bit different, 7
mascot alpacas.

Driven
by their vision to become the top leading pub brands in The Midlands, they're
passionate about finding superstars to live and breathe their values and ensure
all guests are truly wowed by their Chilled Pub experience. With no signs of
slowing down, Richard and Loren are always on the lookout for their next
project and would like to reach a portfolio of 20 pubs in the near future.

What
the role entails?

·
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per our
menu specs.

·
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all
kitchen operations.

·
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards
are adhered to.

·
Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments
and team dynamics.

·
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.

Who
are we looking for?

·
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at Junior Sous Chef
level.

·
A foodie at heart with a passion for delicious fresh food.

·
Energetic and driven to consistently provide a 'WOW' service for
all our guests whilst working at pace in a very high-volume kitchen.

·
Strong organisational skills and the ability to
multitask.

·
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

·
Flexibility to work across multiple locations.

·
Must hold a valid driving license (mileage will be reimbursed at
45p per mile)

What's

Competitive pay options:

Salaried contract: £35,000 per annum (5 days per week, 45 hours)

Hourly rate contract: £15 per hour (4-day working week, 35-40 hours)
