Responsibilities:- Handle GINS and process Letters of Credit
- Update Freight Forwarders schedules
- Chase suppliers for missing paperwork
- Accurately enter supplier invoices and credit notes
- Prepare foreign supplier payments and manage accounts
- Coordinate delivery schedules with freight forwarders
- Update shipping schedules and share with team
