Role Overview:

Join our team in Ipswich as a Payroll Integration Manager. We are in search of a skilled professional to spearhead the integration of payroll systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll operations, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Moreover, as the Payroll Integration Manager, you will lead the integration of payroll systems for newly acquired entities, ensuring adherence to UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee payroll systems integration ensuring compliance with UK legislation
- Coordinate project timelines and resources within the payroll management team
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes
- Conduct training sessions for end-users
- Provide support for payroll integration issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in audit and reporting requirements

About You:

- Right to work in the UK is a must
- CIPP qualification or equivalent experience
- Proficient in UK Payroll Legislation and Microsoft Office
- Experience with MHR iTrent is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of payroll delivery, pensions, and benefits
- Ability to handle complex situations and influence at a senior management level
- Proven success in driving process and procedural change initiatives
- Deadline-oriented with excellent workload management skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
