Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs and prepare concept design presentations at all stages of the project following directive of the job runner architect and Director.
- Develop and coordinate statutory approval information including planning and building control compliance.
- Coordinate and communicate with project design team including external consultants
- Develop and coordinate detailed design information including tender and construction packages.
- Site visits and general job running
- Liaising and regular communications with the consultants
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Part III Architect withjob running experience
- Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up
- Great organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a busy studio
- A positive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Flexi working available after probation but at least 3 days/week in the office
- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure
- Regular team outings for lunch, activities, and drinks
- Discretionary yearly bonus based on company performance
