High End Residential Architect

Thissmall practice with a team of 7is specialised in high-end residential projects for private clients, in the UK and abroad. They are looking for an Architect with a keen eye for design and excellent attention to detail who isambitious and eager to develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concept designs and prepare concept design presentations at all stages of the project following directive of the job runner architect and Director.
  • Develop and coordinate statutory approval information including planning and building control compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project design team including external consultants
  • Develop and coordinate detailed design information including tender and construction packages.
  • Site visits and general job running
  • Liaising and regular communications with the consultants

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Part III Architect withjob running experience
  • Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up
  • Great organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a busy studio
  • A positive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Flexi working available after probation but at least 3 days/week in the office
  • 21 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure
  • Regular team outings for lunch, activities, and drinks
  • Discretionary yearly bonus based on company performance
