Project Manager - Luxury Residential Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Richmond Capital, a high-end residential developer delivering projects in the UK and across Europe.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for high-end residential projects.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and clients to align project goals and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure that workmanship meets the high standards expected in luxury residential developments.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience in real estate development, with a track record in managing high-end residential projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
