We are actively recruiting for an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our dynamic Theatre team.

As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will support the theatre department- administratively (budgets and targets) and clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient perioperative care.

Working closely with the Surgical Services manager you will take responsibility to appropriately manage theatre lists and workforce and to provide strategic and operational direction to build the departmental business; plan new services and introduce new technologies as required.

You will be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.

Qualified practitioner and current registration with NMC or HCPC
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate workload effectively and respond to the needs of the department and the hospital
Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world's leading healthcare providers
The eight theatres at the Princess Grace provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none including a hybrids theatre, a robotic surgery suite and 3 laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery
