About the role:

As a result of our remarkable growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a First Line Engineer to deliver efficient IT support across all areas of our business. This role involves providing assistance to the IT team, maintaining an updated inventory of IT hardware and software, and engaging in diverse IT projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to IT department standards.
  • Supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Providing desktop and server support.
  • Configuring and maintaining new computers.
  • Managing internal user transitions and network patching.
  • Creating and deactivating user accounts in line with HR policies.

Skills and Experience:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a support-focused role, preferably in a technical environment. Problem-solving skills, effective communication, a customer-centric approach, teamwork, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
