Corporate Bookings Executive to join our fantastic team of Accommodation specialists based in Crewe.

You will be experienced with B2B sales and/or customer service and relationship building and account management.

Established in 2011, SG Property Group has grown and developed with a unique approach to Lettings and Accommodation services. In 2018 we introduced our
TeamStay service, to offer our current and future clients Accommodation Services throughout the UK.

Since this time we have seen significant growth in sales, and developed our in-house CRM, bookings and web system, working with our growing network of UK accommodation providers.


We're a small team with big ambitions
Our TeamStay clients work in a range of verticals, which include; construction, infrastructure, logistics and healthcare.

Working with the bookings manager you will arrange suitable accommodation anywhere in UK for teams that are both small and large whilst they work on projects away from home.

Using our in-house
CRM and Bookings system, you will;

  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Onboard Accommodation Providers and Properties
  • Identify new opportunities to offer our TeamStay services
  • Schedule sales meeting and present our services
  • Negotiate Accommodation Bookings
  • Maintain relationships with both providers and clients


You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process from working a pipeline, identifying new opportunities, finding suitable accommodation, proposals and processing bookings.

This role requires a self-motivated individual that is confident with outbound sales and with a track record of B2B account management and customer service.


Based at our new office off Nantwich Road in
Crewe, you will join our Accommodation team that is operational
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

You will participate in our out of hours emergency call service, which is scheduled on a rota within the team.

Skills and Experience required

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and well organised
  • IT literate ideally use of CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in both a team and individually
