Job Title: Technical Marketing and Communications Manager

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Technical Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a vital role in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase our advanced cash processing solutions. This position demands a distinctive mix of technical know-how, marketing expertise, and outstanding communication skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications - Supervising internal communications, offering guidance to different departments to boost employee involvement.
  • Technical Expertise - Attain a profound comprehension of our cash processing technologies and keep abreast of industry trends. Translate intricate technical details into compelling marketing content.
  • Marketing Strategy - Formulate and execute marketing plans to promote our cash processing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales efforts.
  • Content Creation - Generate engaging and informative content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical documentation. Produce multimedia content like product videos and demonstrations.
  • Market Research - Carry out market research to pinpoint industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape. Utilize market insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Brand Management - Ensure brand uniformity across all communication channels. Work closely with design teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Communication - Forge and sustain robust relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media. Act as a representative for the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preference for a technical background. Demonstrated experience in technical marketing, ideally in the B2B technology or cash processing sector. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. Creative problem-solving skills.
