This role will be the first of its kind at 7IM being responsible for development and maintenance of M365 technologies, predominately Power Platform & Dynamics 365. A large focus will be placed on building effective governance and control frameworks as well as upskilling and training across the organisation on both Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This role would suit a driven and talented individual seeking to build a capability from the ground up across a growing and fast paced organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, configuration, development, deployment, and maintenance of multiple M365 technologies in line with the design authorities and agile change forums.
  • Act as a technical lead, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform & Dynamics 365 solutions based on established patterns and best practices - working with development teams as well as directly with internal customers and providing advice as required.
  • Act as a product owner, managing a backlog of requests for Power Platform & Dynamics 365 changes coming from both Product Managers and internal teams.
  • Overtime, build a low-code capability throughout the organisation to support the growing use of Power Platform & Dynamics 365 by forming and leading a center of excellence with appropriate training, governance, and controls.
  • Potential for line management responsibilities as demand for Power Platform & Dynamics 365 capabilities and changes increases.
  • Adherence to all applicable compliance standards and best practices at all times.
  • Acting consistently in accordance with the 7IM VPVP's.
  • Other, as reasonably required by your line manager and 7IM.
About You

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 4+ years' experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing and Customer Service).
  • Experience and a deep understanding of configuring and using Microsoft Dataverse as part of a solution required.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions and Environment strategy.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying Power BI solutions.
  • Hands on experience with design and delivery of enterprise-level Microsoft Applications solutions.
  • Working knowledge of common architectural patterns, and Agile advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, specifically Asset & Wealth management
Skills
  • Organised and clear communicator with the ability to imbed processes across the organisation spanning 500+ people and multiple businesses.
  • Ability to build governance and control frameworks from scratch, engaging with stakeholders as appropriate to ensure suitable buy-in and input.
