Seven Resourcing are in search of a temporary Reward Adviser to collaborate with Devon County Council.

About the Role:
- Initial 6-month position
- Pay: £30.00 per hour
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Seeking candidates with expertise in Job Families, Job Evaluation under HAY and GLPC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Adviser for HAY and GLPC Job Evaluation Schemes
- Manage job evaluation process for new and changed jobs
- Conduct Equal Pay Audits and reviews of pay and grading structures

Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Compliance: References covering last 3 years and proof of right to work in the UK
- Hours: 37 hours per week
