This role is joining a newly-formed team within an established, growing business, and would suit somebody who wants to help develop and grow the team to achieve its full potential.

Working with the Director and the Department Manager, you will have an inputin implementing, improving and developing the team.

The role of Team Supervisor includes:

  • Working with, and assisting, the other members of the team to ensure all day-to-day administration duties are completed to standard within guidelines
  • Working to ensure all offsite locations are supported as necessary
  • Organising workflows to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Working and supporting other internal teams to offer appropriate solutions and options
  • Helping to ensure KPI's, targets and goals are achieved
  • Reporting as necessary, to assist in performance reviews, training, improvements etc
To be considered for the Team Supervisor role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role
  • Experience of working to targets, KPI's, budgets etc
  • Strong coordination and administration skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Clear communication skills, able to work cohesively with people at all levels, internally and externally
  • The ability to see the bigger picture
A background in scheduling, security, logistics etc would be an advantage, but not essential
