We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to join our expanding Stirling based team providing operational support.

The main responsibility will be managing/controlling stock as well as goods in/goods out

Main duties will include:

  • Manage stocking level of sensitive IT equipment and movement internally and externally.
  • Process goods out requests from team members.
  • Manage goods into our stock control system.
  • Pick stock per orders and arrange for configuring by team members.
  • Inter department liaison for goods movement and control.
  • Other general Admin duties involved in stock/goods movement and control.
  • Compile monthly stock take records for all stock locations.
  • Shipping requirements to EU will be required.
  • Excellent face to face communications skills.
  • The ability to follow process and work unsupervised (after training). As well as a willingness to adopt new processes as and when required.
  • Enthusiastic team member and works effectively with others. Diligent with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to handle packaging up goods for shipping and complete logistics documentation.
  • Business studies student would be an advantage. Computer / IT skills could also be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to conduct stock take in remote locations in UK.
