We're looking for a Trophy / Merchandise Assistant (6 months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Operations function.


Your Role:

You will assist the Merchandise Manager in all tasks associated with sending awards to Clients (both Winners and customers via our online store) ensuring consistency and high customer service standards are upheld throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records for trophy/certificate order/dispatch status. Assist with customer communication where appropriate
  • Compile and preapprove engraving texts for trophy orders, ensuring eligibility of customers
  • Book couriers, monitor Courier progress reports and flag issues to receivers on a regular basis
  • Oversee stock, adjust records for all receipts / removals, and ensure correct stock items utilised
  • Print existing Certificates for customer orders, and prepare bespoke documents
  • Project manage colleagues in batch trophy despatch (cJuly / August)
  • Oversee running of shop at Cannes Lions 202
  • Prepare Visa letters

Your Experience
