The role and responsibilities will include:
- Accurately input customer orders onto the company in house system
- To be responsible for the processing of orders into our Evolution software
- To be responsible for quoting each job in an efficient timeframe
- Respond and resolve customer telephone enquiries, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and support is provided.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
- To liaise with internal departments regarding any special part of the order, for example shaped frames and any extra components.
- To carryout filing
- Other standard office duties
What are we looking for?
- Previous industry experience within an Administration/Office based role, along with data input experience is preferred.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues and good customer service skills.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative and independently
