The role and responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately input customer orders onto the company in house system
  • To be responsible for the processing of orders into our Evolution software
  • To be responsible for quoting each job in an efficient timeframe
  • Respond and resolve customer telephone enquiries, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and support is provided.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • To liaise with internal departments regarding any special part of the order, for example shaped frames and any extra components.
  • To carryout filing
  • Other standard office duties

What are we looking for?

  • Previous industry experience within an Administration/Office based role, along with data input experience is preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues and good customer service skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative and independently
