Job Summary:

Rishabh RPO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Destruction of files once converted to electronic format.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all information.
  • Always adhere to company policies and procedures.

Deliverables:

  • Weekly progress reports detailing tasks completed and any outstanding items.
  • Organized and updated filing systems both physically and digitally.
  • Timely responses to requests and inquiries.
  • Completed data entry tasks accurately and efficiently related to cataloging and saving electronic files.
  • Box up all documentation marked for retention that will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.

Evaluation Criteria:

Performance will be evaluated periodically based on adherence to deadlines, quality of work, and overall professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Professional work experience in office settings.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience using Kwiktag.
  • High School Diploma.
