Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations, creating a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.

Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the bar and floor staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable overall guest experience.

Bar Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready for service.

Mixology Mastery: Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology skills and contributing to Playback's unique beverage offerings.

Hosting: Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests through the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to adapt, taking initiative in assisting the floor staff, glasswash, bar backing and even kitchen when required
  • Experience is desired, but full training will be provided by our experienced team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highenergy environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team player mentality with a commitment to maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Must be aged minimum 18yrs
