**About the Role**

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Mercure Inverness Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, adhering to licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory and restocking as required.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team during meal service and events.

**Requirements**

• Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of creating cocktails and other beverages.
• Ability to work late evenings and weekends.
