Spiritual Care Worker

Part time hours available hours per week. The part time hours will be worked Monday to Fridays, occasional weekend working may be necessary.

As part of the Family Support Team, the Spiritual Care Worker will be an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has experience of working autonomously and as part of a team.


You will:

  • Support the Spiritual Care Coordinator and team of volunteers, in the provision of spiritual care for patients, families and staff.
  • Work within the Family Support Team and support the wider Multidisciplinary team by offering pastoral, holistic support as necessary.
  • Have excellent communication and inter personal skills.
  • Contribute to delivering training and education to staff, volunteers and external professionals.
