Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking two part-time Support Workers to join our team at Montagu Drive, an all-female service in Leeds. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live their best lives, promoting their independence, and enabling them to access the community and activities that bring them joy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Assist residents to access the community, including day trips and activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in arts and crafts, and other hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
