The Role

The Key Deliverables

  • Deliver an efficient, effective, robust, and wellcoordinated preemployment check process

The Main Responsibilities

  • You will support Compliance Manager with the compiling of weekly/monthly management reports on preemployment check progress.
  • You will support the Resourcing Team in collating the necessary documentation required to conduct mandatory preemployment checks.
  • You will ensure that all documentation is uploaded on our applicant management system.
  • You will strive to be an ambassador of the HST brand and purpose at every interaction.

The Qualifications & Experience

  • Have at least 6 months experience in administration, ideally within a HR/Recruitment/Compliance team.
  • Have strong functional experience of using recruitment technology and Microsoft Office.
  • Have experience in customer service or customer facing experience.
  • Have strong administration skills and be capable of multitasking.
  • Have excellent time management skills and experience of meeting tight deadlines.
