We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team for the Moat Homes Contract located in Dartford, working in the Croydon area.
Role Overview
Working towards delivering top-quality service, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to various properties on the Moat contract. Candidates must possess strong health and safety knowledge. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Tasks will be assigned via a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent, or currently working towards it,
CSCS Card - Blue or in progress of obtaining one
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a relevant City and Guilds trade qualification and solid health and safety knowledge. Customer-oriented with experience in both occupied and vacant properties, you should be dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs promptly. Ability to work well in a team or independently is a must, along with good knowledge of damp treatments for this role.
A valid UK driving license is essential, held for a minimum of 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work purposes only.
