Evenings: 30% enhancement

Weekends: 45% enhancement

Full Time or Part Time:

we offer a variety of shift patterns including 4 on 4 off and weekends only, ranging from 15 to 37.

We are looking for professional, resilient individual who want to make a difference The role of an NHS 111 Health Advisor is a challenging fast-paced role that requires great attention to detail, empathy and a calm diplomatic approach.

A day in the life of a Health Advisor with DHU will involve:

  • Work as a part of compassionate, driven team in one of our call centres.
  • Be involved with clinical and nonclinical staff members.
  • Making a positive impact on the lives of patients.
  • Signposting callers to the most appropriate NHS service for them
  • Be the first point of contact NHS 111 patients who need advice and assistance.
  • Providing comfort, reassurance and helping patients feel at ease over the phone.

To be a successful Health Advisor you'll need;

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a highpressure environment.
  • Learn new skills and demonstrate a caring, professional attitude at all times.
  • Be motivated, passionate, positive, resilient and determined to provide the best care.
