TPF Recruitment the leadingprovider of accountancy practice professionals are currentlysupporting one of their clients located in Brighton.TPFRecruitment is delighted to be representing an esteemed independentfirm of chartered accountants located in the vibrant Brighton area.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and qualified ACA or ACCAClient Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excitingopportunity for a dedicated professional to manage a diverse clientportfolio and make a significant impact within thefirm.

Asa Client Manager you will play a pivotal role within the firmworking directly under the partner. Your primary responsibilitywill be to oversee and manage your own client portfolio ensuringthe delivery of highquality accounting services. This roleexclusively focuses on general practice accounting duties with noaudit workinvolved.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • ClientPortfolio Management: Independently manage a diverse portfolio ofclients providing tailored accounting and advisory services to meettheir specificneeds.
  • AccountsPreparation: Oversee and prepare statutory accounts for a range ofclients including sole traders partnerships and limitedcompanies.
  • TaxCompliance: Handle personal and corporate tax returns ensuringcompliance with current tax legislation and identifying taxplanningopportunities.
  • Bookkeeping& VAT: Manage bookkeeping processes and prepare VAT returnsensuring accuracy and timelysubmission.
  • FinancialReporting: Prepare management accounts and financial reportsproviding clients with insightful analysis and recommendations forbusinessimprovements.
  • ClientRelations: Build and maintain strong client relationships acting asthe primary point of contact for your portfolio. Provide proactiveadvice and solutions to support their business growth andcompliance.
  • TeamCollaboration: Work closely with other team members and the partnerto ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery. Mentor andsupport junior staff asrequired.
  • SoftwareUtilization: Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Xeroand Sage to streamline processes and enhance servicedelivery.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Fullyqualified ACA or ACCA with significant experience in a practiceenvironment.
  • Provenexperience managing your own clientportfolio.
  • Strongtechnical knowledge in accounting tax and financialreporting.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain clientrelationships.
  • Proficiencyin accounting software andtechnology.
  • Selfmotivatedorganized and able to work independently as well as part of ateam.
