Are you a Senior Private Client Solicitor either currently heading up a team or looking to take a step up? Due to continued growth, this long-established law firm in central Brighton is looking for a Head of Private Client to join their thriving team.

Your role will encompass both fee earning and management as well as playing an active part in further expansion.

The Role:


This firm is looking for a Head of Private Client/Senior Private Client Solicitor 7+ PQE to join their flourishing Brighton, East Sussex office.


The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.

This role will include a dynamic combination of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate and Estates as well as overseeing an existing team of 5 fee earners and support staffnYou will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment

Requirements:
Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx with upwards of 7 years PQE, ideally with managerial experience although this is not essentialnA client following or contacts in the Sussex area would be advantageous, although not essential as the firm is currently turning work awaynYou will receive a basic salary that is above market rate alongside an excellent benefits packagenHybrid working (likely up to 3 days p/w from home) after a short period of F/T in the office to settle into the firmnExcellent career prospects, no glass ceilings, future partnership opportunity
