Dough bros is an artisan bakery specialising in Doughnuts, we have been trading for 2 and a half years and are a rapidly growing company.

We pride ourselves on quality.

We are looking for someone work as part of out night production team.


The shifts will be nights and 8 hours long, 4 days one week and 5 the following on a rolling basis.

The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. Experience is desired but not essential as full training can be given.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and fry doughnuts
  • Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results on other lines
  • Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
  • Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
  • Clean and maintain baking equipment and utensils

Skills:

  • Food hygiene
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Creativity in decorating baked goods
