Baker/doughnutter

Dough bros is an artisan bakery specialising in Doughnuts, we have been trading for 2 and a half years and are a rapidly growing company.

We pride ourselves on quality.

We are looking for someone work as part of out night production team.

The shifts will be nights and 8 hours long, 4 days one week and 5 the following on a rolling basis.

The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. Experience is desired but not essential as full training can be given.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and fry doughnuts
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results on other lines
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and utensils

**Skills**:

- Food hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
