Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Administrator role will be responsible for providing all elements of administration support to the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the business and especially the Accounts team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review, process and monitor progress of tasks and jobs managed on the client's online portal.
Tickets are raised by store manager.
Provide key reporting into the Account Managers and clients on a weekly basis.
On an ad-hoc basis receive briefings of tasks and jobs from the Client / Account Manager providing all administration documentation to support their requirements.
Produce documents, spreadsheets and control sheets as required. Demonstrate proficiency within Word and Excel.
Supporting the Account Managers to assist in the administration of client files.
Working alongside the Project Managers to put weekly/fortnightly small work programs together for operatives.
Supporting the Project Manager with administrative duties for the above, creating works files including RAMS and sign off documentation
Ensure required documentation is returned, checked, logged and escalated if appropriate.
Follow H&S and ISO procedures on an ongoing basis.
Experience required**:
- Excellent administrative and planning skills.
- Well honed organisational skills.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) are essential.
- Fully computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good team player
Qualifications
Minimum of GCSE C grade - in English & Mathematics
Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bradford, BD4 8AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
