The role

This is a role for a senior product leader who wants to be part of flat-structure organisation and influence the design & development of a green-field initiative.


  • You will define the interaction principles that will guide the user experience for one of Chase's new ventures
  • You will be responsible for building an experience that users feel compelled to come back to. You will own the desirability of every user action.
  • You will build a comprehensive interaction architecture and design system for a complex product system. You will define and build design libraries, navigation mechanics and information architecture.
  • You will own the 'feel' of the product, and define the mental models of engagement that the product delivers

What we expect
We'd like you to have extensive product design and interaction design experience, both as a team lead and as an individual contributor

In particular:

  • Experience building immersive B2C mobile app experiences
  • Experience creating large scale multichannel (web, app, inperson) customer journey interaction models
  • Experience defining principles and architecture, and building design systems
  • Experience managing a team of product developers and UX designers
  • Experience running design ceremonies, from concept to prototyping and release

Compensation


Our compensation team pay close attention to the external market and endeavour to provide balanced and competitive offers, generally consisting of a base salary and incentive compensation.


Work type
We prefer to be co-located but we understand that people need flexibility so we expect 2/3 days in office

Holidays:

27 days / year + bank holidays
