Position Overview


The Corporate Governance Advisor - Entity Management will be the thought leader in the entity management space and will be comfortable presenting at user conferences and attending client meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring Diligent Entities meets global compliance requirement across supported jurisdictions.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including Government Bodies and 3rdParties to define the ongoing regulatory support strategy in supported jurisdictions
  • Supporting Product Managers, Product Owners and the Development Team to ensure legislation requirements are understood and appropriately prioritised in the development backlog
  • Keep uptodate with current and future regulatory changes and create a backlog of upcoming legislation that has an impact on Diligent Entities
  • Provide support and content for internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Support, Training and Sales on compliance issues that Diligent clients face
  • Provide thoughtleadership in the entity management space through user conferences, focus groups and client meetings

Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years company secretarial or corporate governance experience either in a corporate environment or for a professional services organisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex legislation and create clear and easy to understand information for wider stakeholders.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Proficient user of Diligent Entities
  • ICSA qualified (desirable)
