Main Accountabilities:

  • Effectively manage deal strategies and strategic sales investments, as well as performing capacity planning and revenue recognition, in line with annual budgets.
  • Provide insights and develop priorities for sales projects by understanding customer, economic, regulatory and competitive situations.
  • Direct and oversee business' sales practices, which include developing sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Regional Sales Operations Manager and other Sales Operations stakeholders in the region, ensuring common activities are aligned and efficiently driven to support the M&S community. Also ensure the key competences, knowledge, and network are built and maintained.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate and uptodate information, including educating system users and driving adoption.
  • Lead and localize process and tool adoption initiatives in the assigned area. Ensure adherence and strive for a process discipline culture.
  • Support deployment of global new processes & tools functionalities covering tool preparation, testing, training, hypercare support so that local stakeholder's needs are taken into consideration.
  • Engage in developing value proposition and product differentiation, while optimising business goals and constraints.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on sales metrics and KPIs to local and global sales/business leadership teams. Proactively provide analytical support to turn data into action, provide data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality and follow up consistency and accuracy of M&S dashboards. Proactively drive and recommend improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall sales operations, including implementation and optimisation of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Communicating effectively across multiple business units and stakeholder groups to information gather and share insights

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, data analytics tools, and sales enablement technologies.
  • Proficient in PowerBi, Excel and PowerPoint to translate complex data into readable formats.
  • Strategic mindset with a forwardthinking approach and a winning mentality.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in similar sales operations roles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, SharePoint etc
