The role centres largely but not exclusively around the preparation of monthly invoices and chasing of outstanding invoices in a timely, professional, patient and above all kind manner.

Our customer service and communication are key to all aspects of our service.

Successful applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Have minimum 5 years finance/accounts experience.
  • Confident & experienced in working with SAGE Accounting software.
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Have an ability see things in context.
  • Be able to self start yet also work within a team.
  • Have a collaborative and helpful attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Live within a reasonable commute to our Central Richmond Upon Thames offices (please may we gently advise there is no parking at the office however public transport links are plentiful)
  • Be patient and kind with gentle humour.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 7-14 per week

Salary:
From £15.00 per hour
