The role is 40 hours per week,working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7 AM to 7PM with flexibility to cover eveningfunctions.

Mainresponsibilities

The role involves but isnot limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm, courteous and prompt response totelephone enquiries
  • Responding in a timely andprofessional way to all email correspondence
  • Ensuringe correct booking details are taken from bookersand recorded accurately in the room booking system
  • Demonstrating full understanding of the roomcapacities, facilities and set-up options to maximise the spaceavailable on the meeting room floors
  • Having a full understanding of the hospitalityprovision in the client meeting rooms, including the Restaurant andPrivate Dining Room menu options
  • Liaising andcommunicating with other team members and other servicedepartments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service deliveryand team work.

We work Monday to Friday, 40hours per week, 8-hour shift perday.
