Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an excellent team at one of our schools in Exeter. We need someone who can provide support to the class in various ways, such as assisting small student groups and offering 1:1 help.

The perfect candidate should possess qualities of compassion, patience, and empathy, with a drive to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Collaboration with teachers to deliver personalized support to students with different learning requirements is a key aspect of this role.
