The salary would be £50000 per annum. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday , flexibility required. Also, you will have the opportunity to work remotely (Subject to Business Requirements).

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite: Microsoft's PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, custom development, and data integrations.
  • Provide relevant documentation to support the SDLC, gain approval for solution and costs. Ensure projects delivered to specification, timescales and costs.
  • Coach and develop PowerApps team in order to maximise the team's productivity and contribution to the wider YLUK business.
  • Ensure all company procedures, including absence, performance, holiday, etc are managed and adhered to. Ensure all team members are aware of key outcomes, business processes, expectations and that all associated employee procedures are adhered to.
  • Review the training and development needs of both immediate and associated employees/colleagues to ensure best practice is understood and shared.
  • Provide appropriate levels of documentation to share the knowledge of the integrations and workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to your team.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders that meets each parties needs and agreed outcomes.
  • Maximise stakeholder opportunities to say what they want and to provide information and feedback
  • Identify and where possible, understand stakeholder issues, interests, aspirations, and concerns to better define what is of a high priority
  • Effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders by being clear about what is negotiable and what is set in stone.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
  • MS PowerApps, MS Flow and PowerBI.
  • Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
  • Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
  • Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
  • Management experience of a small team
  • API or rest services integrations
  • Communicates well at all levels
  • At ease working under pressure to cost and time deadlines
  • Project Management skills (small discrete projects)
  • Budgetary responsibilities
  • Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities.
  • Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High standard of document production
  • Team player capable of both leading and working within a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
