The SEN Teacher:
For this SEN Teacher role, you must be a QTS SEN Teacher. It is important that you are experienced working with a range of SEN, particularly SEMH needs, ADHD and Autism. You should have a good knowledge of EHCPs, and the individualised support that is requiredfor each of your pupils.

It is important that you can help raise attainment, whilst also creating a stimulating, nurturing environment that your students will feel engaged in.

Class sizes are small and there is a high proportion of support staff to students.
