Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time 09:00am - 17:00pm
DUTIES
- Providing effective assistance to members of Faculty Executive, including organising and managing their workloads, dealing with and delegating matters on their behalf where possible.
- Maintaining an electronic diary for members of Faculty Executive.
- Maintaining records in appropriate formats and filing for retrieval as necessary.
- Providing administrative support for committees, negotiating agendas, writing minutes and ensuring followup actions are carried out.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience working within an educational institute or a similar organisation.
- At least 2 years of experience within a PA role or equivalent.
- Previous experience in minute taking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
