Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone and email inquiries, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process new business applications, verify case submissions, and collaborate with product providers.
  • Maintain client records, oversee Letters of Authority (LOAs), and ensure all documentation is current.
  • Generate and send invoices, manage general office tasks, and handle client communication promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in an IFA practice.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office and experience in processing mortgage, protection, and investment applications preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keenness for learning and advancing in your career.
