A well-established Estate & Lettings Agency is searching for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. There are promising career prospects and earning potential for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record as a residential Lettings Negotiator and outstanding customer service abilities. Determination, practicality, and a genuine passion for property are essential.


Skills Required:

- Previous residential lettings experience necessary
- ARLA qualification would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level of customer service
- Positive attitude and great telephone etiquette
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area is beneficial
- Full UK Driving License required
- Professional approach to Lettings
