Salary: £28k - £30k per annum + benefits


  • Previous experience in a similar role within Manufacturing & Production
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a visual plan for the team aligned with work-to-list
  • Raise issues when goods are not available 24 hrs before dispatch
  • Ensure timely dispatch of products to meet sales order schedule
  • Manage sales order returns process efficiently
  • Identify, predict and resolve problems with minimum supervision
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of packaging in the dispatch area
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Advocate for customers and uphold delivery promises
  • Keep customers and systems updated on any delays
  • Experience Required:
    • Previous experience in a dispatch supervisor or similar role
    • Permanent position with great benefits
      • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off
      • Excellent Pension Scheme

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm, Fridays 8am to 12pm (Early finish Fridays)
