Please Note:
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours. The position is on-site, based in their Leamington Spa office.
Main Responsibilities.
- Processing payroll on a monthly basis with statutory and company requirements.
- Managing monthly the autoenrolment pension and the Local Government Pension schemes.
- Assist the Payroll Manager with the monthly payroll submission and ensure all monthly reports and journals are produced.
- Produce redundancy calculations when required.
- Support the Operations Team with the administration of the TUPE process incoming and outgoing transfers.
- Be involved in the company employee communication.
- Maintain employee files.
- Assisting with the daytoday efficient operation of the Payroll/HR Office.
Key Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have a positive attitude towards work.
- Selfmotivated.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel.
- SAGE 5O Payroll experience (desirable).
