Our group of companies provide solutions covering Casualty, Marine & Cargo, Aerospace, Cyber, Political Violence, Trade Credit and Property, Contingency and Yacht.
Claims Delegated Authority AnalystWe are looking to employ a Claims Delegated Authority Analyst to be based in London and to work with us on a full-time basis.
You to take a proactive approach to the management of delegated claims and look to uphold a quality claims service.
To take account of applicable regulatory requirementsManage the Claims Delegated Authority (DA) Team
Oversight of/and onboarding of new and existing claims DA
Oversight of/and creation of claims DA agreements
Sign off on claims DA agreements
Responsible for continuous claims DA oversight/monitoring/reporting
Oversight/responsibility and point of contact for claims DA audits
Oversight of claims DA loss fund management
Oversight/responsibility of claims DA bordereau loading
Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of claims DA handling guidelines and procedures
Legal Principles;
FSA and rules and regulations;
Good knowledge of claims delegated authorities
Good knowledge of Lloyd's Standard Claims Reporting template (version 5.Good level of understanding of Conduct Risk and Solvency II
