Role summary


The Administrator role is key to the smooth running of Zest Podiatry & Physio, ensuring that our patients and our clinical staff are able to treat and be treated in a seamless manner.


As a senior member of our support staff you are integral to the patient experience from the moment patients contact us to the moment they leave.


Key roles

  • Financial/Management accounting - including daily stats, weekly reports from systems
  • Financial support - invoice management/payment
  • Stock management - ordering, payments, point of sale
  • Social media creation and analysis with weekly reporting
  • Project managing clinic accreditation programme
  • Clinical admin support - management of key projects and clinics
  • New patient registrations form completion, data input
  • Patient satisfaction monitoring
  • Diary management (waiting lists, managing gaps)
  • Patient liaison
  • Recording and managing patient orders (lab specimens, orthotics etc)
  • Drafting patient referrals letters and patients summaries
  • Reception support
- inbound/outbound telephone calls (cover for receptionist)
- appointment booking

  • Cleaning and tidying main reception
  • Management of reception team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous admin and front of house experience essential
  • Knowledge of health care/clinic environment desirable
  • Team player ability to work with both clinical and non clinical staff
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and innovative approach to work
  • Ability to work proactively and deliver results
  • Great organisation and time management skills


Computer literate
  • Word, Excel, databases
  • Social Media knowledge
