Director R esponsibilities:
As the Director some of your key duties will include:
- Academic Programme Management – develop and implement curriculum, hire and evaluate tutors, and provide academic advising
- Staff and Operations Management – supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with policies and oversee centre facilities
- Student Support – advise students, manage student life activities, and ensure their well-being during their time in Oxford
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with Oxford faculty, local academic communities and the home campus staff

Director Experience
It is essential that the successful candidate can prove the following;
- Doctorate/PhD degree as a minimum professional requirement
- 5-7 years in higher education management
- Current teaching experience and staff management
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of British culture and academic systems
- Possess a proactive, flexible, and positive working style
Location
This will be fully office based in Central Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. It is essential that you can be in Oxford full time.
