RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role as a Junior Salesforce Consultant, you'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce system administration and configuration to deliver impactful solutions for their clients. Responsibilities for the Junior Salesforce Consultant include:
• Able to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in Salesforce system administration tasks, including configuration, customisation, and maintenance.
• Work closely with Senior Consultants to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce functionalities.

SKILLS

As an aspiring Junior Salesforce Consultant you should ideally have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
• Passion for Salesforce technology and eagerness to pursue a career in consultancy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in Salesforce system administration, ideally at an SMB with involvement in Salesforce implementation projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce Administration certificate is ideal to have.
